A true blend of traditional country and the modern Americana sound of today. Experience the music of Ty Myers from his earlier days to his current work on this collection of hits. Songs that are fan favorites and include real country storytelling that country fans have come to expect. Also included are a select number of songs from Ty's last two albums showcasing the growth of this up and coming talent.
For over 30 years, Myers has maintained a commitment to real country music. As an artist, he is dedicated to honoring the tradition of country music and as a producer, he works hard to create recordings with an old school "live" feel utilizing analog consoles and vintage microphones and preamplifiers on old tape machines. The efforts of Myers to keep country music real have not gone unnoticed by fans and critics alike.
Brent Cobb, another Songwriter of Substance, joins the group of recording artists on these albums, contributing three well-crafted original songs, including a take on “King of Alabama”, the catchy “Shine On Rainy Day”, and the rousing “Providence Canyon”. Singer / Songwriter Brent Cobb released his latest album of original songs, Keep ‘Em on They Toes in 2020. His earlier 2018 collection, And Now, Let’s Turn to Page .. . earned critical acclaim as well.
Cobb was nominated for a Grammy for Best Americana Album for Shine On Rainy Day. Cobb is one of the top songwriters in country and Americana today. He previously wrote several top 10 hits for well known recording artists and has now released a dynamic solo debut album.
The final set of cards in this feature are by up and coming singer songwriter, Benny G. His music is relatable with easy to understand lyrics and real life content. Benny G has been writing and performing his own music for a few years and his most recent set of recordings have shown a growth in maturity whilst retaining much of the honest feel of his earlier work.
Soul sensation Benny G has built a loyal and dedicated base of supporters and fans from coast to coast here in the United States and around the world. Through years of hard touring and giving his all to real live audiences, Benny G has developed a following of supporters, fans and lovers of real music in a world going backwards with an obsession with image and superficiality.
